Delivery Information
Vic Miller Eco Art uses Australia Post or Toll IPEC for deliveries. To be able to offer free delivery within Australia, we do not offer express delivery as standard. All orders are custom printed and framed (where applicable). This is a technical process that is strictly quality controlled and takes time. Most parcels should be received within 4-6 weeks. If orders are unframed, delivery time may be less than this. If you require express post delivery please contact us directly [email protected] and we will provide you with a quote and expected delivery time.
Refund and Exchange
Vic Miller Eco Art strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us [email protected] and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative item or refund the item value in full.
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautiful package) please contact us [email protected] and we will arrange appropriate action.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the items value. Any refunds given will be for the items total value and will not include the initial postage charges. Items for exchange or refund will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging.
To organise an exchange or a refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email. Once you have notified us please place the item/s in the mail and we will return a replacement to you as soon as we receive the original. The goods should be returned to;

International delivery
Vic Miller Eco Art is happy for our international friends to visit us and place an order for any of our unframed products. We do not ship any framed or stretched products internationally. We have a flat rate for any orders to be shipped outside of Australia of $100 (AUD) which will be added to your order at the checkout.
